TMA Global Event Room Block Policy

Registered NOW Summit attendees will receive exclusive access to make room reservations in the hotel room block, and TMA Global events are offered for the benefit of registered attendees only. The discounted rates associated with such room blocks are not to be used for/by those who are not registered. Non-registered individuals who are identified on the hotel roster will be immediately notified and removed from the protected hotel room block by TMA and the contracted hotel. As such, we strongly recommend that you do not share the booking link with associates or clients who are not registered for the event. Furthermore, multiple room reservations may not be made under a single group name or individual.

Non-registered individuals who are removed from a TMA Global room block will be solely responsible for any associated non-refundable room deposits and/or cancellation fees outlined by the hotel.
