Designed as an optional add-on to the conference, this 90-minute program provides restructuring professionals with a practical understanding of the regulatory issues that frequently arise in distressed situations. The session also complements TMA’s Restructuring Boot Camp and Bankruptcy Boot Camp, giving attendees another opportunity to deepen their expertise.
