Keynote
TMA is pleased to announce Peter Cuneo, former President and CEO of Marvel Entertainment and a nationally recognized leader in strategic and financial turnarounds, as the featured keynote speaker for the 2026 TMA Annual Conference, taking place October 27–30 at the Marriott Marquis Houston.
In his keynote, “From Distress to Disney: The Turnaround Story Behind Marvel’s Comeback,” Cuneo will take attendees inside one of the business world’s most remarkable recoveries. He helped lead Marvel through its post-bankruptcy transformation, rebuilding momentum and positioning the company for extraordinary growth and its eventual $4.5 billion sale to Disney. His career spans seven turnarounds of distressed branded businesses, including work connected to Clairol, Black & Decker, and Remington.
