Professional Development


The TMA Distressed Investing Conference features professional development sessions designed by turnaround and restructuring professionals on the most essential and enlightening topics you need to know and are interested in CE, CLE, or CEUs.

TMA’s 2026 Distressed Investing Conference will offer opportunities for attendees to earn a total of 3.9 CPE and 3.9 CEU credit hours, excluding Restructuring and Bankruptcy Boot Camps. An additional 6 CPE and 6 CEU credit hours are also available for those who attend a Boot Camp.*

TMA will seek 3.25 CLE credits in select 60-minute states, and 3.9 CLE credits in select 50-minute states. For those attending Restructuring Boot Camp, TMA will seek 2.5 CLE credits in select states, including .8 Ethics credits. For those attending Bankruptcy Boot Camp, TMA will seek 2.5 CLE credits in select states.* (Current as of December 2025)

Attendees must fill out the attendance survey at each session at which educational credits are anticipated, to receive credit. *Boot Camp sessions require additional registration.

TMA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
