If you are applying for the CTP, you must submit:
- CTP Application for certification
- University transcript or diploma
- Qualifications Statement of at least one page in length
- Three Confidential Professional Reference forms
- Three or more Position and Experience Confirmation forms
- $295 USD non-refundable application fee
