At the 2026 TMA Annual Conference in Houston, professional development is at the core of the experience.   • Professional Credit Opportunities – Considering all general sessions, educational breakout sessions, and additional paid programming at the 2026 TMA Annual Meeting, opportunities are available for attendees to earn a total of 15.3 CPE and CEU credit hours. TMA will also seek 12.75 CLE credits in select 60-minute states, including .75 Ethics credits. (This includes credits available for those attending Restructuring Boot Camp, Bankruptcy Boot Camp, and the Body of Knowledge: The Regulatory Environment, which require additional paid registration. Please see the conference agenda for individual session credit information or reach out to education@turnaround.org. Sessions offering credit will provide attendees with a survey to complete. You must complete this survey to receive credit.)

Register for the newest addition to TMA’s learning pathways – Body of Knowledge: The Regulatory Environment. This program takes place Thursday, October 29 from 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Topics will include environmental regulations (remediation and surety bonding), labor regulations (COBRA, ADA, WARN Act), and other types of government regulatory issues (Hart Scott Rodino, government agency approvals, etc.). You’ll walk away understanding the legal and regulatory implications of a business’ actions before and during any bankruptcy or liquidation. Member/Non-Member Pricing: $95/$145
