TURNAROUND MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES 2026 LEADERSHIP


CHICAGO, IL – The Turnaround Management Association is proud to announce the new slate of association leaders whose terms begin January 1, 2026. Brian Gleason, CTP, Phoenix Management (a part of J.S. Held), will serve as TMA Global President.

With nearly three decades of experience and leadership in more than 300 turnaround and restructuring engagements, Gleason brings an unparalleled record of success in guiding companies through complex operational and financial challenges. As the 2025 Global President-Elect of TMA, he has played an integral role in shaping the future of the turnaround and restructuring profession worldwide. A Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), Gleason also serves on TMA’s Global Executive Board, has led the Oversight Board for the Global Certified Turnaround Professional Credential, and regularly serves as an instructor for the TMA Restructuring Boot Camp. Throughout his career, he has held numerous interim executive roles—including CRO, CEO, COO, and CFO—and has served as an independent board member for both private and public companies. Known for his pragmatic leadership and ability to unite diverse stakeholders, Gleason is recognized for developing innovative operational and capital structure solutions that not only stabilize businesses but position them for sustainable growth.
