CHICAGO, IL – The Turnaround Management Association is proud to announce the new slate of association leaders whose terms begin January 1, 2025. Rachael Smiley, Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta PC, will serve as TMA Global President.
Smiley’s TMA involvement includes leadership roles at the local, regional, and global levels of the organization, including TMA Dallas Fort Worth Chapter President, TMA Global VP Chapter Relations, TMA Global VP Conferences, TMA Global Network of Women Committee, TMA Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, the TMA Global Marketing and Communications Council, and the TMA Global Board of Trustees. Most recently, Smiley served as TMA’s first TMA Global President-Elect.

Success in this industry requires hard work and creativity, which attracts people with those characteristics. I am honored to serve as TMA Global President and excited to give back some of what TMA has given to me,” said Smiley
Allen Wilen, CTP, EisnerAmper, served as the 2024 TMA Global President and will serve as TMA Global Chair in 2025. Brian Gleason, CTP, Phoenix Management (a part of J.S. Held), will serve as TMA Global President-Elect in 2025.
