As usual, TMA has secured a limited block of rooms at the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas at exclusive discounted rates and reduced resort fees for registered 2026 TMA Distressed Investing Conference attendees.

Guest rooms start at the discounted Group Rate of $299 per night, plus a discounted Resort Fee of $35. Rates do not include taxes, which are currently 13.38%.

You must complete your conference registration before reserving your hotel room. Details about accessing the TMA room block will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

TMA strongly encourages attendees to book early, as both the discounted room block and overall hotel availability are expected to sell out prior to the reservation deadline. After the deadline, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis, and higher rates may apply.
