Thomas M. Kim, CTP

Thomas M. Kim, CTP, works with underperforming businesses facing important transitions, both financial and operational. He brings his background in operations, M&A, out-of-court workouts, and bankruptcy to his consulting practice. Prior to founding r² advisors llc, Kim was with a private investment company that invested in special assets transactions. He began his career as a bankruptcy lawyer, primarily with a large, New York-based international law firm, where he worked on many large and complex bankruptcy and workout matters, including hundreds of transactions. He has served as president and chairman of TMA Global.
