Terrence Grossman

Terrence Grossman is a director in the Turnaround and Restructuring practice at AlixPartners. Specializing in retail, he has led teams through high-profile financial and operational restructurings, crisis situations, capital raises, and enterprise improvement initiatives. He has deep transactional experience, having completed more than 50 mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and major asset sales. Grossman has served in senior financial leadership positions at CVS Corporation, Linens ‘n Things, and Tommy Hilfiger. A U.S. Army veteran, Grossman holds an MBA in finance from Seton Hall University.
