Sean M. Beach

Sean M. Beach is a partner and co-chair of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor LLP’s Business Reorganization and Restructuring Group. His practice involves the representation of corporate debtors in restructuring matters, including the complex needs of portfolio companies, their fund sponsors, and their directors/management in a variety of transactional, governance, and distress and other crisis situations. Beach also represents independent committees, official creditor committees, ad hoc groups, and secured lenders in numerous business restructuring matters.
