Ryan Zahara

Ryan Zahara is a partner with Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP whose primary focus is on restructuring and insolvency matters. He has been involved in various restructuring proceedings under Canada’s Companies Creditors’ Arrangement Act and has also acted on behalf of court-appointed officers, including receivers, monitors, and trustees. Zahara also acts on various other commercial litigation issues, including corporate foreclosures, real property, and construction disputes.
