Robert Winning

Robert Winning is a director at AlixPartners. He has extensive experience advising companies, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, and assets purchasers in Chapter 11 reorganizations, with an emphasis on representing official committees of unsecured creditors. He has worked across a broad range of industries, and has advised dozens of creditors’ committees, including in the bankruptcy cases of Claire’s Inc., Orchard Brands, RadioShack, Fusion Connect, Chesapeake Energy, and 24 Hour Fitness, among others.
