Rebecca Hollander is an associate in Cole Schotz P.C.’s Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Department. She represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, unsecured creditors’ committees, and other parties-in-interest in complex Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, and other bankruptcy- and foreclosure-related litigation. Before joining Cole Schotz, Hollander clerked for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Andrew B. Altenburg Jr., District of New Jersey, where she was involved in the administration and disposition of issues in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
