Randall S. Eisenberg, CTP, is a partner and managing director at AlixPartners, serving on the firm’s Management Committee of the Turnaround and Restructuring practice in the Americas. For over three decades, he has successfully guided large, global companies through complex transformations and turnarounds. Serving as either a senior advisor or interim executive officer, Eisenberg advises boards of directors, management teams, equity sponsors, and creditor constituents in the transformation of underperforming and distressed companies across a multitude of industries.
