Mette H. Kurth is a partner with Culhane Meadows PLLC in Wilmington, Delaware, and chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy Practice. She represents clients facing complex, financially distressed situations involving bankruptcy and bankruptcy alternatives, M&A transactions, and bankruptcy-related litigation. Recognizing the importance of conflict resolution, Kurth completed the ABI/St. John’s University School of Law Bankruptcy Mediation Training Program in 2018 and now also serves as a mediator.
