Max J. Newman is a shareholder in Butzel Long’s Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, office. He concentrates his practice on representing debtors, creditors’ committees, creditors, and customers in all aspects of Chapter 11 reorganizations. He has handled bankruptcy matters throughout the country, including in New York, Delaware, Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, North and South Carolina, and Michigan. Newman holds a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
