In recent years, he and his team have advised the Senior COFINA Ad Hoc Group, the Lawful Constitutional Debtholders Coalition (LCDC), the Ad Hoc Group of FGIC-wrapped Noteholders, and National Public Finance Guaranty Corp. with respect to its Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority bond insurance.
