Margaret Kemp

Margaret Kemp is a PSL counsel with Hogan Lovells International LLP in London. She has advised clients on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency, including debt/equity swaps, debt sales, enforcement strategies, and sales through an insolvency process. In 2007 she became the London Business Restructuring and Insolvency Group’s professional support lawyer with particular responsibility for documentation and training, client training, and transactional support.
