Marc Skapof

Marc Skapof is a partner with Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC and an experienced restructuring lawyer who advises companies and creditors on maximizing or preserving value in insolvency situations. He represents debtors, official and ad hoc creditors’ committees, DIP and exit lenders, and asset purchasers in out-of-court and in-court workouts. Skapof also has significant experience representing borrowers, lenders, and purchasers in various debt financing and private equity transactions. In addition, he has litigated numerous commercial and bankruptcy disputes in federal and state courts.
