Malcolm Bates

Malcolm Bates is an associate in the Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring group at Duane Morris LLP. He represents creditors and parties in interest in a variety of commercial bankruptcy settings, including complex Chapter 11
proceedings, bankruptcy litigation and appeals, out-of-court workouts, and Subchapter V proceedings. Bates also maintains an active pro bono practice, including consumer debtor bankruptcy representation, asylum applications, and policy advocacy related to criminal justice reform.
