Leigh Guglielmo is a senior vice president, business development, at Republic Business Credit. Joining the team in 2011 with over 20 years of professional sales experience, she focuses on providing both factoring and asset-based solutions. Active in the local community, Guglielmo currently serves as the president of the TMA Louisiana Chapter. She was awarded as Top Women in Secured Finance by the SF Net in 2022 and ABF Journal Top Women in Asset-Based Lending in 2024.
