Kristina M. Johnson

Kristina M. Johnson is a partner in Jones Walker LLP’s Litigation Practice Group. She provides sophisticated counsel in complex and often cross-jurisdictional bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, workouts, receiverships, commercial litigation, and collection matters. She is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and one of only six Mississippi attorneys board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. Johnson is a Senior Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America and a board member for both ABI and the American Board of Certification.
