Katie Allison

Katie Allison is an associate with DLA Piper LLP (US) in Chicago and advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, restructurings, and bankruptcies, both domestically and abroad. She has experience representing both buyers and sellers in healthy and distressed transactions (both in and out of bankruptcy). Allison holds a law degree from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.
