Joseph Richman is managing director at FTI Consulting. He has advised troubled and insolvent companies and creditor constituencies for more than a decade. Richman has significant experience in matters related to cash flow projections, Chapter 11 preparation and operational readiness, business plan analysis, liquidation analyses, claims reconciliations, and fraudulent conveyance investigations. He received the TMA 2023 Emerging Leader Award and currently serves on its executive board of directors.
