John Patouhas is an associate in Seward & Kissel’s Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group and has represented debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, and indenture trustees across multiple industries. Prior to joining the firm, he was a law clerk for Bankruptcy Judge David R. Jones in the Southern District of Texas. Patouhas holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Boston College and a law degree from Boston College Law School.
