Jodi Porepa, CPA, CA, CIRP, LIT, is a managing director in FTI’s Corporate Finance Turnaround & Restructuring practice. She has more than 15 years of experience in assisting financially troubled companies and in developing and implementing reorganization strategies, both in- and out-of-court restructurings, and formal proceedings. Porepa has supported and guided private and public companies, in domestic and cross-border cases, with operations across Canada, the United States, Puerto Rico, Asia, and South America, and has experience across a variety of industries.
