Jennifer Feldsher is a partner with Bracewell LLP. Her primary area of practice is corporate restructuring and insolvency law, and she represents troubled corporate debtors and interested parties in bankruptcy proceedings and complex corporate debt restructurings, as well as special situations investment firms on their investments and acquisitions.
