Jeffrey R. Barber

Jeffrey R. Barber is a partner in Jones Walker LLP’s Litigation Practice Group. He focuses on bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors’ rights matters and regularly represents a variety of clients in bankruptcy proceedings, state and federal receiverships, and other state and federal proceedings involving debtor-creditor relationships throughout the United States. Barber has served as an adjunct professor of debtor-creditor law at the Mississippi College School of Law and has completed the American Bankruptcy Institute and St. John’s University School of Law Bankruptcy Mediation Training.
