Jason George

Jason George is a Restructuring associate at Weil. Prior to joining Weil, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Martin Glenn of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. His practice includes domestic and international corporate restructurings, liability management and governance, and distressed financings and M&A. George has experience advising debtors, creditors, and other interested parties in a variety of industries, including aviation, energy exploration and services, retail, and manufacturing.
