Janine Figueiredo is a partner in Thompson Coburn’s New York office, focusing in the areas of financial restructuring and bankruptcy. She represents debtors, creditors’ committees, liquidating trustees, and secured and unsecured creditors in complex corporate reorganizations, restructurings, and liquidations. Figueiredo has extensive experience representing clients in many different industries, including subprime mortgages, manufacturing, retail, media and entertainment, wholesale/distribution, and specialty chemicals. She is currently TMA Global’s VP of DEI.
