Jamila Justine Willis

Jamila Justine Willis is a partner with DLA Piper LLP (US) in New York and serves as co-chair of the Consumer Goods and Retail sector, a member of the firm’s Policy Committee, and chair of the New York Restructuring Practice Group. She focuses her practice on financial and corporate restructuring and has extensive experience representing debtors in complex restructurings across industries and borders. Willis also represents debtors, distressed investors, sponsors, and purchasers in distressed sales and acquisitions. She holds a law degree from the University of Virginia Law School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
