James (Jamie) Hadfield is a managing director with Guggenheim Securities. He has nearly 15 years of investment banking, credit investing, and private equity experience with an emphasis on middle market transactions, including financing, M&A, and restructuring. Hadfield specializes in assisting middle market companies in search of capital for a variety of purposes across a wide range of industries, including consumer/retail, TMT, healthcare, industrials, and energy, among others. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry School of business.
