Guillermo Trenas is a senior director in Lazard’s Madrid office. With more than 12 years of experience, he has taken part in a large number of restructuring transactions, including Prisa and Abengoa, and he served as an advisor to Telefónica on its partnership with Allianz to develop fiber in Germany and to Platinum Equity on its acquisition of Iberconsa. Trenas holds a degree in economics and business administration from CUNEF.
