Enrica Maria Ghia, CTP, is a partner of GHIA Studio Legale Associato in Milan, Italy. She is an expert in company and bankruptcy law who specializes in corporate restructuring and insolvencies on behalf of Italian and foreign clients. Ghia has extensive experience in the turnaround and restructuring space, both in and out of court. She former president of TMA Italy and TMA Europe, while also having served as TMA Global’s VP of International Relations.
