Edward Hank Arnold III is a shareholder in the Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice Group of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz PC. Arnold is located in the firm’s New Orleans office and has over 25 years of experience representing lenders, committees, shipyards, vessel operators, and E&P companies in bankruptcy and transactional matters throughout the Gulf Coast. He is a past president of the TMA Louisiana Chapter and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
