David Ding is a managing director in MidCap’s Asset Based Lending Group, where he is responsible for structuring, negotiating, and executing senior financing for middle market companies. Prior to joining MidCap, he was an investment banking associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. Ding holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the McIntire School of Commerce, both at the University of Virginia.
