David A. Castleman is partner and court-appointed receiver at Otterbourg PC, practicing in its New York office. He focuses primarily on bankruptcy, receiverships, and complex litigation, currently serving as a federal equity receiver in a $250 million alleged Ponzi scheme in a case pending in the Southern District of New York. Castleman is the vice-chair of the ABA’s Business Bankruptcy Committee’s Derivatives and Digital Assets Subcommittee, and is active in the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers, the Federal Bar Council, and the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance.
