Daniel S. Dooley is a shareholder with Polsinelli in Kansas City. He represents financial services companies, banks, and other lenders in disputes, workouts, and litigation. He also represents loan servicers, trustees of securitized commercial loan pools, national and regional banks, commercial real estate finance organizations, and private equity funds that invest in real estate loans and other debt instruments. Dooley holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and a law degree, cum laude, from Indiana University.
