Christine A. Okike is an associate in the Corporate Restructuring Group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. She represents public and private businesses and their stakeholders in all stages of complex restructuring transactions, including prepackaged, prearranged, and traditional Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court workouts, and distressed M&A transactions. Okike holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a law degree from Columbia Law School.
