Brad Kastner is a managing director of MidCap’s General Industries Asset Based Lending Group, focusing on originating and structuring financing solutions with investment banks, restructuring advisors, and debt investors for public and private companies. He has more than 15 years of experience in credit, including positions in underwriting and portfolio management, in addition to loan originations. Kastner holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
