His more than 20 years of experience also include analyzing and developing business plans and restructuring alternatives, holding interim management roles, and setting up stand-alone overhead functions, accounting and finance processes, cash management, transaction due diligence, working-capital improvement, product profitability analysis, financings, and transaction support. Kocovski previously was with General Motors.
