Ann M. Miller

Ann M. Miller is a managing director in Cowen’s Special Situation Group. She has experience in the public and private company sectors, working in both distressed and traditional M&A assignments. She is responsible for executing mandates and obtaining new mandates with new and existing clients. In addition, Miller is responsible for client management relating to all of the Special Situations Group’s service offerings. Before joining Cowen, she was a director with Houlihan Lokey in the Financial Restructuring practice.
