Andrea Yandreski is a senior vice president with McKinsey & Company’s Recovery and Transformation Services (RTS) group in Toronto. Her practice focuses on interim leadership; working with companies to achieve rapid, dramatic performance improvement through comprehensive transformation programs; and leading complex corporate restructurings at distressed companies in both Canada and the U.S. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional, and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee, and is on the TMA Toronto Chapter’s Board of Directors.
