Marc Sullivan, CTP, CFA, NACD.DC, is the chief financial officer of Infinity Engineered Products, a private equity backed manufacturing company. He is also the chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee at Carbice, a deep tech manufacturing company. Sullivan served as the CFO of both Western Global Airlines and Kabbage, Inc., during their respective Chapter 11 cases. He has served at times as chief restructuring officer or advisor to the board of distressed companies.
