Troubled Loan Workouts (TLW) (Purchase)
$150 for members
$200 for nonmembers
Review the learning objectives
The TLW course addresses the early warning signs of business failure, information gathering, and the five steps of the turnaround process. Many complex legal, business, and personal issues must be resolved during a workout, usually in a very short amount of time and often in an emotionally charged atmosphere. The interests of the lender, suppliers, and the owner or shareholders of a company often collide as each stakeholder seeks to maximize the value of its own position. The TLW course is designed to help individuals understand the process better and develop game plans for dealing with issues that are likely to arise. This course also comes with an attached PDF document of the Troubled Loans Workout Guide. 4.5 CTP credits are awarded upon completion/passing of final test.
13-week Cash Flow (Purchase)
$125 for members
$175 for nonmembers
Review the learning objectives
The 13-week Cash Flow is the accepted industry standard for use in corporate renewal scenarios. Forward-looking enough to provide focused direction for management, yet near-term enough to avoid purely speculative forecasting, the cash flow model focuses a troubled company on the truly important objectives it must meet to ensure its survival. Meeting the targets laid out in the document also can go a long way in helping a company win back some credibility with its lender. 3.5 CTP credits are awarded upon completion/passing of final test.
