Turnaround Management Association’s Philadelphia Chapter Announces Additions to its Board of Directors
Philadelphia, PA – June 4, 2012 – The Philadelphia Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) today announced the election of three members to its Board of Directors. The new members are Michael A. Moore of Wells Fargo Bank NA; John M. DePledge of TD Bank, NA; and Josef W. Mintz of Blank Rome LLP. The Turnaround Management Association is the only international non-profit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management.
"I am pleased to welcome three new Directors to our Board," said Richard S. Infantino, chapter president of TMA and the reorganization services practice leader of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP’s Philadelphia office. “Each is a widely respected and deeply experienced industry leader and I look forward to working with them and our other board members to further enhance awareness of the TMA, its mission and its members, and to grow the organization," he added.
Board members serve two three-year terms and participate in regular meetings that help shape association strategy and initiatives. With the election of these members, there are now 29 members on the Philadelphia Chapter of the TMA Board of Directors.
