Rooms at the conference rate are available three days post and prior to the conference date, based on availability. The conference rate is good from May 28, 2013 through June 2, 2013, so please make your reservations early. Reservations, please call (888) 627-9057 or use this link. Conference rate is listed under “Turnaround Management”. Please be reminded that early check-out will incur a full day room fee (if 3 days are reserved and you check out after the 2nd day)
Cancellation/substitution policy:
Please email admin@tmacarolinas.com with your cancellation. Golf cancellations and refunds cannot be honored after May 17, 2013. Conference and Tennis Tournament refund requests cannot be honored after May 20, 2013. Conference registrations after May 24, 2013 will be accepted and immediately invoiced.
