The Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association will hold their 2010 Spring Workshop On May 18, 2010. The program will include a luncheon panel presentation by three judges on expert testimony. This unique panel will be comprised of three judges from different courts to offer varying perspectives on expert testimony.
Following lunch, attendees will participate in mock negotiations involving a case study based on a real life consensual restructuring. Following the case study, groups will present the results of their negotiations to a panel that will include a judge(s) and turnaround practitioners.
